ZX has expert knowledge in the field of material properties and processing, annealing, stamping, assembly, tooling design and so on as well as the process monitoring. In order to ensure a constant quality for our customers, ZX will always monitor and control all materials (independent certifications) for manufacturing production.

The Quality Control department
The quality performance of ZX will be monitored on the basis of the Quality Control department by ISO 9001 system. Indeed, QC will be in-house checks at random basis for the process monitoring and keep in touch with customer for better quality control service. Besides, ZX will use prototype tests, tests accompanying a series in production and final tests throughout manufacturing production. Indeed, ZX will use the advanced test equipments for product analysis report (8D report).
